Fair Ways runs SEMH and ASC specialist school sites in Hampshire, environments where consistency, discretion and safeguarding awareness are non-negotiable. Eco Drift has cleaned three Fair Ways sites since 2023.

The remote site nobody else would staff properly

One Fair Ways site is rural and genuinely hard to recruit for. We screened more than 80 candidates to find the right people for it, and we absorbed the full recruitment cost ourselves rather than passing it to the school. The site has been reliably staffed ever since.
