Lakeside North Harbour: our flagship, for over a decade

One of the largest business campuses on the South Coast is 600,000 sq ft with capacity for 2,500+ people and 43 washrooms and shower rooms. We have cleaned it for more than ten years, through three different ownerships, and it is now owned by Portsmouth City Council. KPI scores rose from 67% to a consistent 88 to 92%. The estate has benchmarked us several times and we have always proven good value.

Multi-tenant sites run on live data

Busy parks do not behave like a fixed schedule assumes. Proximetrix, our software platform, which connects to wireless sensors, shows us how each washroom, kitchen and shared space is actually used. At Lakeside it identified a washroom seeing up to 600 people a day, and the redesigned schedule saved 45 minutes of labour daily in that one location. Event-day usage spikes were absorbed without extra shifts, and product complaints fell to zero.
