Fair Ways Schools: three sites, since 2023

Fair Ways runs SEMH and autism specialist education settings, environments where consistency, discretion and safeguarding awareness matter more than anywhere else. We have cleaned three Fair Ways sites since 2023. For their most remote rural site we screened more than 80 candidates to find the right people, and we absorbed the full recruitment cost ourselves. That is what taking a school contract seriously looks like.

Safeguarding-aware by design

• DBS checks carried out for roles and sites where required
• Consistent, named staff: above 90% employee retention rate means children and staff see familiar faces
• Cleaning scheduled around the school day and term calendar, including holiday deep cleans
• Every shift geo-tag verified and every task logged, so site managers have a full audit trail
• EU Ecolabel certified, biodegradable products, safe for classrooms and food areas
